30-Day Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify, items must be:
New, unworn, and unwashed
In original condition, free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Returned with original packaging when possible
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for size or equal-value items, subject to availability
Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Replacement items will ship once the original item is received and approved
Refunds
If a refund is requested instead of an exchange:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Custom & Limited Items
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective
Limited-edition items may be eligible for exchange only, subject to availability
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Faith Never Fades is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right!
How to Start a Return
All returns and exchanges are handled manually
